A message to Uhuru Kenyatta’s Supporters; Stop the hypocrisy

I have come to the conclusion that Jubilee supporters are the most hypocritical group of people I have ever come across. While the loyalty to Uhuru Kenyatta is admirable, the focus is completely wrong. One would think Uhuru is some type of “god” whom these people worship on a daily basis.

Jubilee supporters are so blind to reality that they have forgotten that most of their community members were killed in the 2007/2008 post election violence. They don’t seem to care about the victims anymore. All they want to see is a Kikuyu in office without any interruption. To them, power is their life. Having control of the country is what they breathe for. They don’t care who died, they don’t care about the law, they don’t care about justice as long as their tribesman is in office.

Jubilee supporters have gone to the extent of labeling Western countries as enemies for not siding with their little god, Mr. Uhuru Kenyatta. Some want Kenya to withdraw from the ICC but the irony is, they also want Raila Odinga detained at the Hauge for unknown reasons. If this case were about Raila, jubilee supporters would be in favor of the Hague and this is a fact. Thankfully, history has the proof in video and recordings that Raila Odinga and Mwai Kibaki were against any ICC TRIALS and wanted a local tribunal  an idea the Kenyan Parliament overwhelmingly rejected in 2009. The true fact is, Kenyan MPS voted to send Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto to the Hague and Mr. Ruto is on record, thanking God for the development.

Jubilee supporters must know that they do not speak for the 67% who want Uhuru Kenyatta at the Hague. You can’t have your cake and eat it too. Kenya is bigger than Kenyatta.Kenya is bigger than your quest for power and control.Kenya is bigger than your chest thumbing desire to walk all over everyone. Some of you are not even economically sound and Mr. Kenyatta’s policies are not helping your economic situation. You are all not rich as you claim.

Dear Jubilee supporters, for the sake of justice, peace and love, GET WITH THE PROGRAM and begin to stand with the rest of Kenya. The fact that Mr Uhuru is going to the Hague doesn’t mean he is guilty. It is a trial. Let us give justice a chance to prove itself and allow Mr.Kenyatta to clear his name.
